A credit card on file is required to use the online booking system and to hold future bookings. Payment can be made any time the day of your appointment with the credit card on file or e-transfer. A receipt will be emailed to you automatically so you can submit for reimbursement.

Finding a therapist who you click with and trust to support your goals is essential to good outcomes in therapy. Although it can take time to get fully comfortable opening up with your therapist, it's important to listen to your gut feeling when you first meet them. A consultation call gives clients the opportunity to chat with their potential therapist to see if the vibes feel right without any cost, paperwork or commitment.

Individual Psychotherapy Session

Sessions are offered both in-person and online so clients can work one-on-one with a therapist in your preferred setting. After booking, clients will be emailed intake and consent forms to complete before the appointment. During the initial session we will work together to create a plan for therapy that's tailored to you and your goals which will include our focus, therapeutic approach and frequency of sessions.

Individual Brief Counselling Session*

Brief 30-minute sessions may be a good fit for existing therapy clients looking for more focused issue-specific counselling or regular check-ins to maintain their progress in psychotherapy. This type of session is offered to *existing clients only* after assessment of appropriate goals and expectations for sessions.
